Hello! I’m a licensed counselor with over 7 years of experience. I commonly treat anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, intrusive thoughts, anger problems, codependency/personal boundary issues, and interpersonal distress. I use a mix of Dialectical (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Attachment-based, Person-Centered, and Gestalt approaches. I strive to meet my clients where they are at in their journey towards healing and self-improvement. I use warmth, safety, and a non-judgmental environment to help you explore what is causing you distress. I am a patient listener and will be thoughtful in my feedback to you. I also employ a variety of evidence-based techniques and skills that will help you overcome your obstacles and set goals for your treatment. While you are the expert in your life, my role in your journey is to provide a safe environment to process your experiences.
